There’s a difference between drinking good wine and understanding it.
Regularly throughout the year, we build an evening around one idea: six courses from our kitchen, each with a wine poured alongside it and introduced as it arrives. Some nights it’s a region, some a single producer — the menu is written fresh every time, so the series never repeats itself.
Blackshop has been pouring in Cambridge since 1983, and our list holds a Wine Spectator Restaurant Award. This is the night we open the cellar and show you what’s in it.
